● Above dog/puppy has been found to be in good health.
● Above dog/puppy is up to date on its immunizations and has been dewormed.
● To submit ABCA paperwork on behalf of the Buyer and to have ABCA forward papers directly to the Buyer
Breeder is NOT responsible for diseases or illnesses contracted after the dog/puppy leaves the confi nes of the breeder 's property. When placing a dog/puppy in a home, it is intended to be permanent, however as the breeder of the dog/puppy, we will always accept its return with NO REFUND of the original purchase price. If the dog/puppy is sent back to the breeder for any reason, ABCA papers must be given to the breeder with a signed transfer; NO REPLACEMENT will be given without the return of papers with the dog/puppy. Buyer understands that if at any time they are unable to care for the puppy they will fi rst contact the seller to take back the puppy. Soaring Borders Border Collies (Montana Morgan) retains fi rst right to the puppy described in the contract. The Buyer will NOT place the puppy in a shelter or pound for unwanted dogs.
Buyer understands that a Border Collie needs routine exercise and space to run.
Buyer understands that this is a herding breed and may have a tendency to herd small animals or even small children.

● Buyer understands that the full payment must be made at the time of pick up.

● Buyer agrees to have the dog/puppy seen by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pick up. A copy of the exam done by a licensed veterinarian should be emailed to Montana Morgan. Should the puppy be found to have a life threatening defect undetected by my veterinarian, it may be returned within 3 business days at the expense of the buyer, with a written explanation from the veterinarian. Seller will exchange the puppy for another of equal value (sex/color and cost) as soon as one is available. NO CASH REFUNDS will be given. The breeder will NOT be responsible for any veterinary expenses at any time.
● That all vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer.
● Buyer will pick up puppy on go home date at 8 weeks of age or within one week of the go home date. After one week, a $25 a day boarding fee will be charged. If fi nal payment and boarding fee have not been paid , ownership will be forfeited and the breeder has the right to sell the puppy to another party.

I agree to honor this contract and guarantees are only the ones stated within this contract and take precedence over anything else written or stated. This contract is legally binding to all parties named within and applies to Only the buyer and seller named below and is not transferable to other parties. If the buyer sells puppy to a 3rd party, the contract is NULL and VOID. I agree to honor this contract and I understand the guarantee and failure to comply with any provisions of the guarantee voids contract.
